hellanzb on Windows?

hellanzb has been reported to work on Windows as of 0.11.

Explicitly set your RAR and PAR2 exes in the config file and you should be good to go. Report any issues in the ticket tracker

An installer can be found here:  http://www.armchairairlinescs.com/hella/. You should be able to start hellanzb without fiddling with the config file after you run the installer.
