hellanzb replaces umlauts etc

If I download an nzb which has umlauts, accents or highcommas etc. in the title they get replaced with their regular counterparts or stripped, which is highly annoying. I seem to recall this working properly ages ago, some time before the mac osx unicode fixes, which shouldn't really matter though since I'm running linux.

I'm using an utf-8 locale, but since the nzbs have their encoding in them it should be trivial for hellanzb to convert rather than strip.
